The bonus of making an int/mem built Achura is that you get the solid Achura perception as a bonus. You end up with a toilet-level Cha, but even trading oriented characters don't end up with all that many SPs in cha-based skills.

Destroyers will annihilate lvl 1 missions, but will be almost uniformly overmatched in lvl 2 missions. As a Caldari pilot (judging by your Kestrel), I strongly recommend that you ignore destroyers and get Cruiser II and a Caracal for lvl 2 mission...

It's an ok approach if you're just incubating an alt. As a new player, I profited much more greatly, IMHO, by flying missions and playing the game. Advanced Learning books are expensive, and SPs aren't the only thing standing between a new player ...

Looks like a PvE setup, but you're running three different hardeners? Usually one just knows which rats they are hunting and takes two of the appropriate hardeners. A little research would free one of those mids for a Large Shield Extender or such.
